But seriously...what kind of work are they looking for. A Niche agency would be much better than a "come one come all".
Operations manager mostly. Not sure exactly what field that would fall under. Used to work for a cable company and a restoration cleaning company, both as operation managers. Phone/Internet/Cable/Fire restoration cleaning, factory/labor work if I had to guess.
