Here at NC basketball is the thing and Duke is the school owrth rooting for (if you like winning that is ) )
Hmm, how many national championships has Duke won in basketball? How many games has Duke won? Hmm... I wonder which of our local schools holds records in these areas?
With college football season right around the corner I got to thinking about the local teams. I am a transplant with no family ties to any of the local universities. While I will always be a loyal Virginia Tech football fan I have trouble deciding which local Carolina team I should support. I have the same problem when basketball season comes around. Whoever I support I would support during both football and basketball season.
I want to pick a school to support and need your help! Who should I pick and why?
NC State Duke UNC
I would just root for the team closest to your home. It would also make it a little easier to attend the games.

One could live next door to Duke...and chances are they still aren't getting tickets to Cameron Indoor....not to mention it's not that hard to live pretty much in the middle of them all.
Oh, no matter who he pulls for, he's gonna have someone on his case.
I would say the OP should just root for Virginia Tech and get everyone on his case....
Since this thread is almost 6 years old, I think we need an update from NRG to let us know who he picked.
