Hi,
I am pretty new in the area (1 year ago) just wondering if any good dancing school (salsa,zumba,rumba,etc) well anything that can be fun and makes you sweat a good work out??

Not sure what area you're looking to participate in, but I just happened to see a sign for hip hop dancing. It was at a place in one of the shopping centers on Rogers Road in Wake Forest. If you're coming from The Factory, it would be on the left.

I have never been to any, but I remember "giving it a thought" a couple of years ago about ballroom dancing and there are indeed places around--Arthur Murray is the obvious one (they teach a lot "cooler" dances than you probably imagine) but there are a lot of specialized dance teachers in the area too...just search on "salsa lessons" and Raleigh or Durham and you'll find some things.

Zumba is awesome. Google it or do a search on Craigslist and you'll find some classes.
