Looks like I might need to rent an apartment for 3-5 months, after selling the house but before moving on (or not...depends on how quickly the house sells. Just getting contingency plans in shape.)
Does anyone have experience with Brampton Moor, especially with having dogs there? It looks pleasant, though a tad run down.
My husband and i rented in Brampton Moors for 6 months before buying a house in May. The apartments are a little dated, but you can't beat the location and safety. We din't have pets but our neighbors did. A great place to live and the proximity to Bond Park won us over.
Thanks. I plan to move back out west at the end of 2008 or early 2009. My realtor and I figure that, given the current slow market, the house will be on the market for about 60 days , then a month or so to close -- maybe a bit more time to allow for holidays.
At least, that's the guess, but who knows? And that's why I'm developing a contingency plan.
