Does anyone know about 55 and over communities for people on a limited income? I am trying to find a place in or close to Holly Springs.

Also, is there assistance available through HUD or another agency for regular apartment?

Any info would help.

There is very little Section 8 money out there.

Saw a senior place in WF that was income restricted. Nice but a 2 BR was over $800 + electric.

I don't think Holly Springs has ANY kind of apartments. I believe that town is basically apartment-less. But I could be wrong?

The Section 8 plan has income limits and is way backed up in most counties.
