I have been trying to get my tires rotated for a couple of months. Everytime, I went to Brier Creek location, I was told it will take at least a few hours to get it done.[MOD] removed [/MOD]
Eventually, the rotation was done around 9:20am. When I was about to drive away, I realized that one of the wheel cap was falling off on the ground. I took the wheel cap back into the office and talked to the manager [MOD] removed [/MOD]
I could not express my anger more. The people at this location, from the manager to the technician are unbelievable lack of professionalism !!!

Default Thanks for all the replies

Thanks for all the replies I will try to avoid the Brier Creek BJ's.
Good luck to you North.Raleigh.27617, hopefully you can resolve the issues with them. My experience with them was not pleasant but not that bad.

Call the HQ. The Capital Blvd tire dept is the exact opposite of Brier Creek and Brier Creek must need a new manager.

You may also call 1-800-BJS-CLUB (1-800-257-2582)

I always have great service and my husband always checks around for prices and theirs are always the best. We have 3 cars that I take there and have never been disappionted. Very good customer service...this coming from a woman dealing with a tire shop! LOL
In fact my daugher, who burns through tires like nobodies business, will be going in next week to replace 2 very bald front tires...I told them to order the toughest tires they make! Don't worry she'll have them bald in no time either

Default BJ: Wheelcap falling off

Get a new wheel cap on your own. Then take wheel cap with receipt to the Cust.Service desk -take your tire shop work order as well. They'll likely reimburse you on the spot. I did this @ BJ in Cary. They lost my center cap during a re-balance.
