We actually went through that house -- there was an open house the day we were going through Cary. It's a great house. Children's rooms are very unique and connect via a bathroom (I'm used to calling this "Jack n' Jill rooms").
There were TONS of people out and about when we were there -- and there's a small lake right down the street from the house.

Thanks for the link - I will check this out the next time I'm in town. I truly appreciate everyone's input - it's the first time I've used a blog and it is very helpful!

I live in Carpenter Village and I'm looking to buy in Savannah. I'm concerned because the homes are not selling as fast as the homes in Carpenter village, Brekenridge, and twin lakes. Does anyone know why?
My guess would be a combo of style (including detached garages) and access out of the neighborhood at peak travel times.
