I live in the valley now and my kids do attend Parkland. I am relocating to NC and have been several times. It is very different from PA in a good way. I say how can anything be slower than the valley. The valley is a very boring, segregated and racist, sexist place to live is you ask me. I have traveled all over the world so I have compared. They still think it is 1950 and have not embraced culture or racial diversity at all. That is my opinion I have been int The LV for many years after moving from NJ.

I have to agree with you! I don't think Raleigh is slower by all means. That was the problem with PA, they are stuck in the stone age. Nobody wants change. Since I left 8 years ago, nothing has changed. IMO, Raleigh is more advanced then the LV in a good way. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind going there to visit family, I just wouldn't want to live there again.
North Raleigh is more like Allentown, maybe a bit bigger.
North Raleigh like Allentown! OMG!
