We have been over, under, and thru the mill and back with our builder and the shoddy construction issues. The floor issue I mentioned way back is ongoing despite the fact that they told us it was replaced prior to closing. You wouldn't believe how much debri including nails is under the floor. Nail pops all over the place with one popping thru the floor. The woodworking, painting and staining could have been done by a monkey and looked better. On top of all the issues, our Coldwell Banker realtors have deserted us, changing their phone numbers and emails despite them telling us at closing, "We here for you until all the preclosing issues are resolved." Right Jennifer and Etta!! Our advice after all this, stay away from Orleans!
