We drove through an area of North Raleigh yesterday that I'd like to check into for houses. No immediate desire to move but I liked this area so I'd like to watch the real estate there. Anyway we drove up 70 to Millbrook and then Millbrook to Lead Mine and then to Six Forks. Anyone know what zip code that would be. Is that a "good" area of North Raleigh? I like the oder established neighborhoods and larger lots that I saw.

The older, more established areas of North Raleigh, closer in to the former North Hills Mall, would be 27609. I haven't lived in Raleigh for 20 years so I can't give you a good perspective as to the current desirability of the area.

Use this tool to find zip codes. Just take down an address from a building and enter it.

I don't think that map is completely up-to-date. It shows my house in 27539, when it's actually in 27603.

"70 to Millbrook and then Millbrook to Lead Mine and then to Six Forks" That could start with 27613, 27612, 27615 and then 27609.

I found the City of Raleigh's website to be helpful with Zip Code information...I don't know how many times I've used the map below.
