Does anyone have a Wake 2006 Parade of Homes book?

I recently purchased a home that was supposedly in that parade and if so I would love to have a copy of it’s entry in the book. I found a list of the winners from that year but it was not listed … guess that it was entered but didn’t win.

The house that I am looking for is: Duncan's Ridge - 6629 Alirin Lane, Fuquay Varina 27526

Any help would be great … thanks.

You might try contacting the HBA of Wake County. They have a website Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, North Carolina
I'm sure they might have a copy of a listing somewhere.

I think that we may have toured your house that year

We arrived here in July 2006 and went to the 2006 and 2007 Parade of Homes. We liked the houses in Duncan's Ridge, but in the end didn't buy there because I felt that they were too far from my office in RTP.

Is that one yours?

St. Lawrence builds that house

I just checked the Wake Co tax records. . . . . 6603 Alarin is the Frank Betz plan "Holly Springs" that I toured in your neighborhood. I think that we also went to the one next door, to the left, but it was not completed yet.

Must admit to missing the Parade of Homes...we have something similar to it here called "Home-arama"...but it's not the same. I still have every book from 1998 to 2005.

Yes I now own 6629 Alirin Ln. Yes far from RTP (where I work also) but we loved the neighborhood with all the mature hardwood trees.

VickiR - Can you scan that page and email it to me? ... szukowski@yahoo.com.

Thank you so much.

Adding back in the link that was removed from my post. It is not a real estate hot link. It is a link to a home plan.

I'll be happy to send it to you. I'll try scanning it from home and send it to you shortly but if that doesn't work , I'll be back later this afternoon and will scan it at the office.

You are welcome!
