My family (me, my husband and 8-year-old daughter) will be moving to Chapel Hill from the West Coast this summer. Not sure yet whether the move will be permanent, so we plan to rent for a year or so. We'd like a roomy, nice (i.e., not student housing!) 4-br house w/ big backyard in the CH school district; furnished would be ideal, but will settle for unfurnished. Expecting to pay $2500+, and willing to pay $3000 for the right place. I'm wondering how easy it is to lease houses like this in the summer. Is there one really good rental agency that deals with family/executive housing?
