I have beentrying to narrow down our search for house in fuquay Varina and holly springs. I have come across one I cant find to much information on. Maybe a very new subdivision? Its called Souther Oaks. Ironically I have never heard of the builder either, they are called homelife communities?

I just had a closing today where my clients purchased a Homelife Community new home in a neighborhood called Idlewood Village.

Its a beautiful home with brick on the front and about 1300 sq. ft. for about $135,000.

We had some problems with the lender (not Homelife's lender but the lender that ended up doing the loan...long story) and the President of Homelife came to our closing to say "thanks".

Default I luv Homelife Community Homes

I looked at many new homes in the Raleigh area and the ones built by
Homelife Communities are the ones that I love the best. My favorite is
the PROVIDENCE model. It's 2785 sq ft with second floor utility room and
a "sitting area" within the Master Suite. There is a formal dining room and living room and also a foyer (my preferences). There is also a "wood burning"
fireplace which seems rare in homes in these newer subdivisions.

Does anyone know of another builder that is putting wood burning fireplaces in their new homes? I only interested in homes in the $200,00-250,000 range.

Thanks

I like the Homelife Communities floorplans as well...fairly nice looking. I can't get upgrade prices w/o visiting the site (and I'm in Dallas so it makes it tough!). They have a website...I think homelifecommunities.com -- lots of good info.
