Hi All,

I am trying to find a decent 1 or 2 bdrm apartment for a young professional in or near downtown Raleigh and Grosvenor Gardens looks very interesting. The only problem is: all the phone numbers I can find on the internet appear to be out of service 919-832-5530! Does anyone know of the current working number to the management office, or even better if they offer 6mo leases (a deal breaker). I tried Cameron Court, but they only offer a 1yr lease for starters. Wedgewood Apartments look promising but then Grosvenor caught my attention. I'm moving from Detroit to start a new job in a month and now I really have to find a place fast!

I think that wherever you found that number may have just made a typo. The number I found on the Downtown Raleigh Alliance downtown living webpage shows 919-823-5350. Grosvenor Garden :: Downtown Raleigh Alliance

That said, I believe that Grosvenor is all studio apartments, so they might be a bit smaller than you are looking for.

Look around on the Downtown Living map on the Downtown Raleigh Alliance page to find contact info for some of the other apartments located in the vicinity, such as Boylan Apartments, Capital Apartments, etc. I live in that neighborhood and it is a great place to be!

Does anyone happen to know the monthly rent for these apartments? I've called twice, left a voice mail once and talked to a receptionist once, and no one has called me back.
