I loved to shop there and I was disappointed that there are no stores in this area. If you are not familiar, they sell lots of homegoods and of course Christmas decorations at very reasonable prices.

I haven't found anything like the Christmas Tree Shoppe anywhere in the Triangle. There are Tuesday Mornings here but they really cannot compare.

I haven't seen anything like it. I'm also missing Ocean State Job Lot. Big Lots just isn't as good.

I was thinking Carolina Pottery at the Smithfield Prime Outlets was a little like the Christmas Tree Shops, but I didn't see anything cheap or reasonable in there. I happened to be looking at outdoor furniture tho. It's not really cheap anywhere.

My family & I moved here from MA July '07...I have to tell you, it didn't take long before I needed my Christmas Tree Shop fix. I'm a shopper (a "shopaholic")...there ain't nothing close to a C.T. down here. After checking out the retail situation here I called C.T.'s HQ to enlighten them as to the huge market they were missing out on down here (to be perfectly honest...I pleaded w/them to open a location down here.) I mean really...can you imagine how popular a store it would be down here? After, the location mgr stopped laughing at me, she told me they were looking at moving further down south and she couldn't give me any specifics but that she expected they would have a store or 2 in the Raleigh area in the next 2 years. I think they were heading straight to FL. 1st....
How are y'all liking it down here?

Aw c'mon - where else can you go when you need absolutely nothing and end up spending over $100 on things you never use!

We love it here! So glad we made the move. I just may have to make an extra trip to visit my parents so I can get my CT fix!
