Pizza: Z-Pizza. I also like San Carlo for pizza.
Chinese: Neo-China
Mexican: El Rodeo. I lived in Arizona and Colorado and never found Mexican food there that I liked as much as I like El Rodeo. That said, El Rodeo doesn't hold a candle to the Mexican food I had in Mexico, and now that I'm in Durham I know I need to get out to some of the taquerias for some of the more authentic stuff.

You will be out of luck in your new hometown of Cary. Those sorts of places are not allowed by town ordinance.

What town ordinance is that?

I'm still searching for some good ethnic restaurants in Cary. Unfortunately, most taste as bland as the signs they're allowed to put up.
