We had Terminix for the last 7 years, and for some reason, did not renew it this year ( must have missed the renewal notice and they did not call). Anyway, I called them today because I realized I have not seen a bill from them in a while, and am now being told that we will be treated as new customers and a technician will have to come out and take a look to see how much we will have to pay to sign a contract.

Do you guys have termite converage? How much am I looking at to start a contract? Are there any other alternative to Terminix?

Thanks for any ideas.

I would call Smith Exterminating. They have been in business since the 50's. I have used them for 12 years and can attest to their high level of service. We have a Sentricon system that they installed and have been very pleased.
