Hey All!
I hope that everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!

I will be moving to the Raleigh-Durham area here in the next couple of months and I'm having a hard time finding a job in the customer service/call center field. I have tried google searches... word of mouth and no luck! Can anyone help me or lead me in the right direction? I know with the economy being the way that it is you can't be picky..but I would rather not go through a temp agency.

Thanks in advance!

There are a zillion of these types of jobs here. They start out between $28,000 & $32,000 for entry level at many local credit unions. Do a search for local credit unions and banks. Some have great career paths. With some local CU's and banks, this is the only way you can start. They promote from within.

FYI, using all bold font is like SHOUTING at us.

Also, please note that Exit MA Now is a pusher for the banking industry, so take that with a grain of salt. And I wouldn't say there are a "zillion" call center or customer service jobs around here either. There are some available, but the state unemployment rate is inching upward.

My 2 cents.
