Does ANY store let ANYONE try on underwear? Yuck. I think it'd be against health regulations. (PS: the Shift key is there for a reason)

personally, i wouldn't want someone who isn't able to cut my hair to be doing it anyways...
Again, men's hair as a general rule should be WAY eaiser to cut than women's--there are generaly just a handful of men's styles, almost all of them also worn by females. I think there is something else going on here.

Default Discrimination in Hair Salons

If you went to your Dentist because you needed your gums checked out, and he/she said they couldn't do it, that you needed to go to an Periodontist, would you scream discrimination? Cosmetologists study, manicuring, esthetics, and hair, but may not specialize in that field. Saying we don't do Men's hair is the same as we don't do Ethnic hair. Some people may cry discrimination, but both can be specialty fields. In the case of Ethnic hair, it may require oven heated irons, and specialized products to help protect the hair. Oh, and by the way, Men's hair is not always easier than Women's hair. It depends on the hairstyle. What seems to be an obvious truth to a non licensed professional may not always be the reality.
