On a request from a friend, went to visit Claremont and Winmore in CH this past weekend and was pretty impressed with both neighborhoods. Open to folks' thoughts on both neighborhoods -- pros and cons, housing and pricing thoughts, etc. Thanks

The houses in both of those developments are gorgeous. Nice if you can afford them.

Love Claremont and Zinn Homes especially. People will often advertise that they have a "Zinn" home when it comes to resale...they're known for quality work around here.

I love the Zinn houses too. The attention to detail is incredible.

thanks -- thought the same about Claremont re: attention to detail. really liked Winmore's green building; however, looks like the neighborhood has been selling slower than Claremont...
