Hey All,
Does anybody live in or know info about the Duncan's Ridge Subdivision in FV? And about the builder John T. Ryan Custom Homes.

Any Info would be great!

Thanks

The Ryan homes we saw in Duncan's Ridge were all very nice. And we liked them very much.
But, I heard that John T. Ryan Customs Homes Isn't doing very well.
And maybe going out of business soon?

Thanks
Happy Ho Ho

John Ryan is a wonderful builder. Very customer oriented and he built a home for one of my buyers in Duncan Ridge. I think he is excellent in fixing items and working with the buyer. However, as you heard, I believe he is in financial trouble. Just make sure you know what you are getting into beforehand. One of my favorite neighborhoods too.

We're buying one of his homes in Clayton.....house is an inventory home but it a beautiful top of the line home......the neighbors across the street had their home custom built by him around 2 years ago and said they are extremely very happy and he stands by his work.....

I hope i will be just as happy once we move in and have any issues that need attention

Duncan's ridge is really nice, It's A bit far out of town. But, with all the new shops going up near by. It would be that bad.

I'm the owner of R.H. Construction.I have been building in a community with John Ryan in Clayton. I consider him a competitor, friend, and quality builder. It has been a trying time for anybody (Builder Or Homeowner) to sell a home so everybody be nice. Hopefully our economy will be on the rebound soon.
