Can anybody tell me the easiest/fastest way to get to the Dean Smith Center from Greensboro for the game tonight? How do I miss the traffic and where's the best place to park if you don't have a pass?

Basketball: Chapel Hill Transit will provide normal park and ride service from the 4 park and ride lots beginning at 3:30 p.m. The four park and ride locations include: Friday Center Park and Ride, University Mall, Southern Village and Jones Ferry Road
I would recommend University Mall, although I have only done it once.

Thank you for your help. They have closed the University Mall Park and Ride because of the holiday parking. Is highway 54 the best way to come in or should I use I-40?

Do the Park and Ride at the Friday Center. When you come in off of 40, exit onto Highway 54. The Friday Center is on 54 before you get to the UNC campus. You'll avoid a ton of chaos and congestion that way!

Are you talking about the Highway 54 exit near Burlington?

No way, I would take 40 as far as you can go... I believe it is exit 273

OK, so I go past the 15/501 exit to the 54 exit and take a right to go to the Friday Center? |

Yep, much passed Burlington. I believe Fester is right, 273, B I think...it's been a while since I've been out there!

Yep, you got it! I forget the name of the road where the Friday Center is, but it's on the left...there's an apartment community on the right and it's at a stoplight. Probably Friday Center Dr. or something easy like that! It's a couple of miles after you turn onto 54 from 40.
