You'd think with how hot the re-fi threads were you'd get some hits here. The problem though, is your hook. You gotta get 'em to click on this thread. Try something like: "I hate/love/drove through/saw on a map/met someone from Cary . . . and by the way, how are your appraisals on re-fis going?"
For the people that are refinancing, how are appraisal's working out? Are they coming in lower than you expected?
I was shocked that mine came in MUCH MUCH higher than what I paid a year ago. This is based on sales all within the last 4 months and the contract price of new ones being built in my neighborhood. Contrast that with a 10% drop in my old Durham neighborhood since I sold last year and I am feeling really good right about now. I walked ass backward into more equity.
