We went to the movies after the morning festivities and decided this may be a new tradition. It was actually very fun.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

We've done the movies before....it is fun.

This year we just hung around the house... I did take the dog to the dog park and we packed for the beach.

Evidently the movies are what a lot of people do. The theater was packed full. Packed full of sick people I must say. Coughing and sneezing. I think we are going to pay the price for that one.

We went for a walk along a deserted Franklin Street in Chapel Hill.

Presents in the morning followed by a nice nap! We spent dinner at my in-laws, and Xmas eve at my parents so it has been a long couple days lol. We head off to Disney for a week on Saturday, and can't wait!

Default Christmas

We made a tasty turkey dinner, took a nice walk around, took a little drive, passed by the movie theatre noticing it was packed. Maybe we will do that next year, Now I'm back home and working, but that's okay. I get a little bonus for working.

Gah! It's midnight and everyone just left! We had a houseful of grandparents, children, cousins, aunts and uncles as usual. It's fun but very tiring (and I'm stuffed on top of that!)
I love Christmas but I'm glad it only comes once a year!

I had a really lazy day, and loved every minute of it! Aside from taking the dogs to the dog park - which always just makes me laugh - it was a house bound event!

Kinda sucks you had to spend such a beautiful 60 degree day in a cramped movie theater.
