Anyone have any info on the Church Street Townes in Morrisville?

The builder is Poythress Brothers. I understand they have built a number of other developments.

I am interested in the builder, the area and any other info relative to these townhomes.

TIA

It is easy to hear good things about Poythress, as a quality builder.
This is a very good location for an easy commute to RTP.

I like the location. As a PP poster mentioned, it is very convenient to RTP. You are close to major roadways (Davis Dr, 40, NC-54, 540. Cary Parkway and 55 are just a few miles away) and you can easily get anywhere in the Triangle. You will be within walking distance to the Indian Creek Greenway, which you can access through Town Hall Drive.

These townhomes seem to be part of Morrisville's planned "downtown" district so make sure to take a close look at the Town's plans. All the info is available to the public and, although there are some minor aspects that are still fluid, the plan seems pretty solid at this point. Do your research before you buy. The last thing you want to do is buy your townhome, and then spend all your free time attending every single Town meeting to complain about items that had already been planned.

Good luck!

Thanks for that info!
I didn't know about that greenway before - nice to know it will be so close.
