Where exactly did you try to eat at C-V that you found dirty. I am sure like always that you will not remember the name of the place. To call C-V dirty is absurd on it's face. Not surprising though considering the source. This is a real foolish statement. Thanks Exit Mass.
I would like to know also -- so I can check the sanitation score before I eat in this upscale village

Yeah, CV is just full of dirty restaurants. Hell, the freaking McDonald's has a 99! Go ahead and stay away. It's already difficult enough to find a parking place at lunchtime anywhere in the Village.
Cameron Village is full of character, as are the homes in the surrounding area. While you may not care for the selection, to say that it's full of dirty restaurants is an outright lie.
Sounds good to me! NRG, Maybe the meetup should be in Cameron Village since it's been determined that it is clean!

chicken breast sausage, SOYsage, turkey bacon, goat cheese, marinated tofu, organic oatmeal pancakes, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, ...doesn't sound good old fashion southern cooking to me....
To each their own, but I'm just saying...
Chicken fried steak, Chicken and Biscuits, fried Mac and Cheese.... if that's not southern I don't know what is!! They have healthy options but they don't come close to being a "trendy" or "fad" restaurant. They will be sticking around for a while and I'm excited

McDonalds has a 101 with education? Grade inflation! Can't trust the scores!
I read about this place on some other blog (props to them!). It is a chain, but it looks very interesting and I've heard from those who have been to one in Atlanta that it is quite good. I'm looking forward to checking it out soon!
I had breakfast there this morning, and was disappointed. The scrambled eggs were dried out, appreared to have been held too long in a warmer. Also, the biscuit was not fresh, was dried. The ambience was OK for a breakfast place, but the food was not up to par.

Flying Biscuit isn't just "a breakfast place" and I'm pretty sure they don't server food that has been over sitting in a warmer. This is a quality restaurant - not a chain - but a local place in Atlanta that started in Candler Park in 1993 with an Indigo Girl, Amy Saliers, as a partner. It's too bad you didn't send your food back if it was sub par.
