Can anyone recommend an exclusive buyer's agent for me? This will be our first home. We're looking in the 200-250k range, probably in the Morrisville/RTP/southern Durham area.

I gather from reading various other threads on the forum that such things can't be posted in the open, so a PM would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

What do you mean my 'exclusive buyer's agent'. Maybe that is commonplace, I am not sure, but all of the Realtors I have met do it all. In this market, you need all the work you can get, right?

If you would like a SW Durham Realtor, feel free to DM me and I can hook you up.

Matt

There's advice sprinkled all over the web for buyers to go with an "exclusive buyer's agent" -- someone who ONLY helps buyers and lists no property. However, even despite googling specifically for this, I have yet to find any.

Perhaps this should tell me something

In that vein, anyone with positive experience with a realtor who helped them buy a house would be great!
