So my 10 year reunion is coming up and is being held at the West End Wine Bar in Durham. Has anyone been and what do you think?

Is there more than one "West End Wine Bar"?

I always thought it was located in Chapel Hill. Are there two places?

I believe they added the Durham location just recently.

Although I am biased (a dear friend from elementary-high school owns it!), we had our reunion at the location in chapel hill, and that was really fun, excellent space. The durham location (I have only been there once) has a much bigger space for parties. It is beautiful!!! The food is very good, wine is excellent and the staff was very accommodating. I think the durham location would work much better for the reunion because of the large amount of space they have available.

Anyhow, have a great time!

Leigh

Thanks so much Leigh! I'll have to check it out sometime before the reunion.

The Durham one is very nice, we went to the opening and had a lot of fun there. Nice area to sit outside, and also lots of places to hang out inside as well, and a bunch of nice TVs. The owner is very nice like leigh said.

West End in Durham is really nice. My wife and I have been there quite a few times since they have opened. It is really nice to sit outside on a beautiful night and sip on wine. The place is very chic and makes me very excited for Durham. Great things going on in this area.
