I've been here 6 months now. I've experienced:

1. A hurricane
2. Tornados
3. a dozen lightening storms.
4. 100+ degree temperatures.
5. 9 degrees & a frozen pipe
6. and now a 1foot deep dumping of snow!

So much for the mild weather.

I got sent home!! LOL My boss' boss and I were the only two in the office apart from the receptionist. I just started this job last week so I hope it looked dedicated (and not stupid) that I actually showed up

And yes, Sammies are awesome! I would never get another breed now... they're just so much fun

You mean here?? That was no hurricane!! I lived at the coast for 13 years. I know hurricanes and this area has not had a hurricane certainly in the past 6 months!!

I've lived in Raleigh 20 years and experienced the above + an ice storm.

Never said this was Heaven, did we?
