Information on Triangle Neighborhoods (Durham: chapel, safe area, subdivision)

Hey, we are relocating and trying to find out about particular neighborhoods...
Does anyone know anything about Grove Park in Durham?

I heard that it was pretty nice and only about 10 minutes from RTP. When are you relocating, and have you been here yet for a visit? I have been with clients to many properties, but can't say that I have been in that subdivision myself. If you would like I can find out some info for you from other agents in my office that may have been there. I also have a coworker/friend that lives in the Durham area. i used to live in chapel hill, nc
so i know that area pretty well, just not durham.

i would like to know what the diversity is in grove park, we are looking for a neighborhood that is diverse; I understand agents cannot say one way or another.

I also just would like to know for sure if it is a safe area, etc. How far is it from a shopping center...things like that.
