HS ESL Teaching Jobs in NC (Durham: high schools, teachers, counties)

How is the demand for HS ESL teachers in Johnston, Wake, and Durham Counties? Which high schools in these counties have good ESL programs? Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages to working in each of these counties?

I am an ESL teacher at a high school in Wake County. There are usually a few jobs open every year. Each high school now has ESL services but usually only have 2-3 teachers. I am not sure about the other counties. Good luck and let me know if you have other questions.
