Need a short lease while I build a home, 6 months tops. Looking for something nice with either private garages/parking decks, amenities, gated if possible. Any thoughts? I know about oberlin, not too impressed with sq ft to $ ratio.

What part of town would you like?
When you say gated, I am going to assume that you mean secured in some fashion or another. Gated would suggest a suburban model while parking decks suggest urban.
More info please and we can try to help.

I checked it out and was not happy with the way the dark hallways to the apartments were open to the outside where anyone could go. There is no security at all. The apartments were okay though.
