I stopped by one of the local Home Depots and spotted some great prices on replacement windows. Maybe they're order cancellations (still new and in wrapping) but I was wondering if anyone has spotted some good deals around the area for some? Thanks much!

The Hand Me Ups store in Durham (part of Habitat for Humanity) often has new windows for really good prices. Usually , there are 2 or 3 of any particular size, so if you're looking to replace all your windows, it won't work. But, if you want to replace a couple of windows, I would look here. BTW, they are having a warehouse clearance this Saturday (Valentine's Day). I don't know if there will be windows or not, but it might be worth checking out.

I agree, Habitat Reuse Stores (on Raleigh Blvd in Raleigh) is great for one offs, pairs and if you are lucky more.

I think the name of the place is Lumber Liquidators in Wendell that sells new construction and replacement windows for a lower price.
