Need to find travel baseball 14 yr old (Raleigh, Wake Forest: deal, parks)

Can anyone suggest a good travel team in or near North Raleigh, or know when tryouts are? Our son just got cut from Wakefield team yesterday and would still like to play ball in the spring. I'm sure tryouts are either over or right around the corner.

Sorry about your son getting cut- that is a hard thing for a young teen to deal with. We are going through the same thing. You can look in the N & O sport section- they have info on AAU teams looking for players. Also, you could click around on the Capital City Baseball website- I know there are a ton of teams in the Raleigh area (Carolina Blaze, Predators, Wake Warriors, Renegades)- but I do not know the age range, where they are located or how to get in touch with them.
