There is a place I have been using for a few years called "biztek" on Buck Jones in the small shopping center before South Hills (where the cary barber shop is). Those guys and gals are outstanding!

Are you talking about keys on a keyboard? If so, you're better off just buying a new keyboard at Staples or OfficeMax.

You can buy basic wired keyboards at staples for about $15. Laptop built-in keyboards are a whole different story as each is generally a proprietary design, howevery you can still attach external keyboards to laptops.

Not likely.

Might want to check Ebay for a replacement keyboard. It's not hard to pop off a keyboard on a laptop and replace it. Usually only a few screws.

Not to be stereo 'Typed' on my answer I too say dispose of the once eaten doggy keyboard bone-a-ma-thingy and buy a new keyboard. Its easy to buy and you can replace yourself.

If it is a laptop you are speaking of, take it to Absolute Computers in Cary. They only work on laptops. Great outfit.

If laptop:
- buy similar model for real cheap at goodwill, take keys out and replace. they snap right into place. Alternatively, you can do this for real cheap with a google search.

If desktop:
- you can get a new keyboard for a couple measly bucks from newegg.com or Tigerdirect.
