It was real loud in my family room with .2 seconds left in the second period.

That was a solid 4-0 shellacking the Canes handed out tonight..

I'm not a big Canes fan since Im originally from DC. But im giving it my best to root for the hometeam. I am really hoping they can pull out the series win and then face my Caps in the Eastern Conference Finals. Then I would be assured of having a team to root for in the Stanley Cup Finals! Go Canes! Go Caps!

Loved the game last night and honestly, even if they don't make it all the way, it was worth every second of watching them whoop the Bruins last night! I was able to sleep in peace!

Good effort by the Canes last night. It looked like role reversal from Game 1. The Bruins were beaten to the puck constantly, even on the power play (so much for my prediction of a better Bruin power play), and you cannot win in hockey that way. I don't think they will use rust as an excuse.

It's a series now.

and how about that Jussi Jokinen, huh? And the chemistry between he and Joni? Oh man. Rosie's alive out there, Staal's on fire - this team could very well go all the way. Stay in the system, don't lose your edge. I have a ticket to tonight's game but I'm giving it to my son - there's no way I can subject my newborn to that much noise, despite wanting to be there making it even louder!!!

LET'S GO 'CANES! Skin the bear and leave him bald! (my husband is a converted Bruins' fan - my son told him so. He's almost 6.)

so far the Canes are 6-0 when Staal scores. So heck yeah! Let's see #12 in front of the crease a LOT!
