I have been here my entire 54 years of life and this is about the norm for North Carolina. It will go through cycles of endless days of rain and then you will have endless cycles of 100 degree days. Personally I can deal with the rain if that is all it is better than the heat. It just makes it hard for the tobacco farmers who should be about ready to start harvesting. Of course harvesting tobacco is nothing like it was when I did it as a teenager, thank heavens.

Oh about 112-115 today.
I'm confused now. (I hope this doesn't mean I have to change my username). What's up with people thinking I'm a she? Do I not type masculine enough? Is there a masculine way to type?

No problem.
I'm definitely not a guy. You can tell by just looking at me.

Well, in the commercials, the kids have these private moments with the princesses & Mickey, the walk around the corner & ther eis Mickey with open arms...
In real life, you wait on a long line for that moment. Yesah, yeah, I know, go to Epcot, those moments happen (they did for us) but within nanoseconds we were mobbed by the other families who saw Belle or Pluto or whoever.

We did love our visits anyway, and look forward ot driving down more often from NC, on the off season, due to the year round school schedule

My neice had Dora the explora ignore her completely when we were there in March. I mean, intentionaly walk around her to avoid giving an autograph, and keep on walking when she started to cry. My brother inlaw had a few words for Dora.
