Yoga in Raleigh (Wake Forest: parks, studios, classes)

Can anyone give me feedback on yoga in Raleigh for a 40+ beginner? Your experiences with local studios? Thanks

I used to belong to O2 Fitness in Raleigh before joining the Y for my kids - they have several different yoga classes, and the clientel is pretty varied in age and skill. I had never taken yoga before, and I was very comfortable in a couple classes. It's also a beautiful facility.

There is a yoga studio in Wake Forest and the parks and rec department in WF also offers yoga classes.
