We are looking at the Somerset Development in Clayton. Any information anyone would have regarding the area, proximity to Raleigh and anything else that would be useful would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
If you are referring to Somerset Place, its fairly "out" in the country. Its a very nice development on large wooded lots(private), but to get to it you pass many cows, barns, rolling hills etc. Its on the very outskirts of Clayton(going towards Smithfield) and about 35 minutes to Raleigh. Its definintly not cookie-cutter lots or houses backed right up to houses...much more wooded and spread out. The roads in the subdivision are very hilly.(not great for bike riding)
Its "out"(probably 20 minutes to shopping centers)..but if that what your looking for, its perfect.
Houses run from about 190-250k if I remember right.
