I can't stand to hear people jibbering on the radio so early in the morning; however, last week, I had a RE class that started at 8:30 in the morning, so I was stuck.
What happened to Sherri of "Bob and Sherri"? Did someone finally get sick of her constant whining and get rid of her? She reminds me of Kathy Lee Gifford. Of course, I hope nothing bad happened to her but now I'm curious!

Sherri left to spend more time with her kids. They gave her like a month-long sob-story goodbye tour during Xmas. I only know this because I only listen to that station during Xmas and I could not escape the "Sherri we love you" phone calls.
I couldn't care less because it's the most godawful morning show I've ever heard and I keep forgetting to ask people if there's another morning show. Thank you for the reminder ;D Is there another morning show? LOL
You're right. The show isn't great. Having come here 2 yrs ago from cities that have much better morning shows, Bob and the Showgram is pretty bad in comparison. I think that for this market it works. And that prolly says a lot about this market.

Sherri was the one who moved to NC from Wisconsin, moved back to Wisconsin, then moved back to NC again. Maybe she made it another full round trip and is now back in Wisconsin!

As far as I know Sheri is still in the Charlotte area. I'm not 100% sure because I'm not a fan of that show.

Sherri's lack of talent was glaringly obvious during times when Bill was on vacation and she had to carry the show on her own. She has a an odd, halting way of speaking, full of pauses, that was not a good fit for radio.
Local morning radio talent overall in Raleigh is rather abysmal.
