I need to have 3 cubic yards of mulch delivered. Anybody know where I can get it? I've encountered a few places that will sell that small a quantity but won't deliver. (Most places that deliver require a minimum of 5 cubic yards.)

Thanks!

I would get together with some neighbors. That is what we always do. It is a great community bonding experience, plus you can split the delivery fee!

Not an option, or I would have already done that.

Cary. CD told me that triple-shredded hardwood mulch just falls from the sky each night in Cary, but it turned out to not be true, so I have to have some delivered.

The Lowe's truck is a good idea. Also check CL and see if you can find someone that will drop off the chips from a tree clearing job, at this point I am sure they would rather give it away than pay to dump it. CL you will also find people with trucks that might be able to help you out.

I appreciate the suggestions, but I don't want to rent a truck and pick up my own mulch (for various reasons), and going in with neighbors is not an option (for various reason). I'm just trying to find out if anyone knows of a place where I can get small quantities delivered. Anyone??

ETA: Thanks to whoever sent me some info.

I'm not sure if they have a minimum for delivery (they state they have a minimum for free delivery).

The Mulch Masters - Wake County's source for mulch, pine straw and stone

BTW, triple shredded hardwood mulch only falls from the sky over Stone Creek Village. The rest of Cary is out of luck.

Thanks, sls76 but Mulch Masters has a 5 cubic yard delivery requirement.
