With so many people moving to the Triangle, are you having trouble finding people to by your homes where you are coming from? Is the value of your real estate dropping, or is there still demand from buyers?

I moved from Maryland about 2 weeks ago and sold our home in just 2 days of being on market and bought another home in just a week after. Re/Max was great to work with and if I ever needed realtor help again, Re/Max would be it.

The Triangle real estate market has been affected slightly by the slump in other parts of the country - builders have become increasingly wary of contingent contracts, some just outright refusing them. Also, buyers moving here are not as confident that they CAN sell, so they're being more cautious when visiting the area, too.

That said, the market is healthy here, so there will be a place for you here when the time is right.

Your local realtor should be ablet o give you a snapshot of your market so that you know what to do to sell your home quickly. There have been some other great threads here with tips and recommendations, too.

Good luck, relocators! We'll be here waiting for you!
