Hello All,
I'm looing for a place for my parents to stay in North Raleigh, while they are looking for a house. They are looking to rent a two bedroom, 2 bath with washer dryer hook ups. The problem is that they have NEVER rented before and now they are running into peple not approving them becuase they have NO rental history. My parents are NOT seniors yet but they are looking for a nice quiet community, that is not credit strict and perhaps a move in special. I live in Virginia and have a little idea of the Raleigh area. If you know of any apartrments that are nice and is easy to get into please email me the name, and link of the apartments. My parents are staying in a hotel and those extended stay places are a rip off. They just need a short term retal please, help us out this isn't how you want you parents to live. Thanks so much & God Bless.

Try the Apartments of Stonehenge. I know they do short term rentals, because we're on a month-to-month. It's a nice, quiet complex in a great area. I have seen kids in some parts of the community (near the playground, mostly), but I'd say it's more geared toward the older or *empy nester* crowd. We love it here! :

I had clients rent at stonehenge as well, they did a month to month lease and were very happy with the apartment, and the location.

PM''d you, I know of lots of options.

Pegbert...did you start off on a month to month term from the beginning or did you have a lease first that expired then you went month to month? Just curious b/c it's not typical for a community to start someone off on month to month
