I bought some really cool glass tiles for a kitchen backsplash. Can anyone recommend someone in Durham to install them? I am debating doing it myself but the tiles were pricey. I don't want to mess it up.

I do almost everything around the house myself, but I don't mess with tile. Yeah it's easy enough to do yourself but it's also really easy to get an amateur result. If you want something nice, hire a pro. I used this guy to do a bathroom and he was awesome. He's the owner and installer, and the crew consists of him and a helper.

He can do all of that, I am having him do my kitchen shortly.

Where did you get the tile? I am trying to find the tile I want to do mine in now.

I found the tile at common grounds in downtown durham. It's recycled glass tile. I got my paint there as well. My partner wanted no VOC paints. We went with yolo colorhouse since the paints are really complimentary.

Thanks! I just spoke with Craig. He seems like the most reasonable price so far. Someone quoted me $450 for 11 square feet!!!

Craig said about $250 which is what I thought it should be.
