Hi! I would like to get some reviews on Bridges at Wind River Apts in Morrisville, NC. I'm thinking about renting here but have heard great things about the apartments but horrible things about the management company. I'm also looking at Camden Crest in Raleigh, NC but they do cost a little bit more. Please help!!!
They're the most affordable option around the Brier Creek area. That's typically where people rent when they want to be in Brier Creek but can't afford the Brier Creek rate. It is a good location as far as proximity to things, but traffic all around it is a nightmare during rush hour times because of it's RTP location.
What price range are you looking to be in? Do you have a particular area in mind or are you open?
My son lived there for about 6 months. When he left, they tried to charge him for putting in new carpet, new blinds and re painting the entire apartment. The management was lousy but I'm not sure how things have changed. He lived there about 2 years ago.
you may also want to check out marquis on cary parkway and (they also have marquis preston and marquis silverton) they sure had some **** reviews. but i took the chance since my impression was good when i came to see the place.
the staff are so nice and friendly. the grounds are totally clean and pretty,. i really like my apartment alot! if you do a search for them on craigslist.. at least the last time i searched they were offering 1 bedrooms for under 600 bucks and 2 bedrooms for like 700 bucks. they had events when i moved in last summer, ice cream at the pool, barbeques ect.
ps.. so dont always trust the reviews..
