Hi,
Is this a bad neighborhood? Near Twin Falls park. NE Durham. Ross Rd. I checked crime mappings of Durham but I'm not sure what is a good/bad rating or statistic.

This is in precinct 52 and district 1.

Thank you!

Jasey

PS What parts of East Durham, if any, are good to live in? I work in Brier Creek Raleigh and want somewhere close...

I live in Grove Park which is close to Ross Rd. and we feel very safe there. I don't know too much about that exact area, it is closer to 70 so there might be more traffic and issues that way.

If you work in Brier Creek, why not look into the SE Durham area which is closer to the Durham/Wake line? I ask because there are plenty of decent neighborhoods there.

Could be, but SE Durham, for someone who doesn't know the area, is a minefield. At least "inner" SE Durham...if you're talking further out, like Mineral Springs Rd, that's different, but in general, "SE Durham" is like saying "South Central LA".
