It's been my experience that it's not safe to jog after dark anywhere in Chapel Hill....just wondering if Cary is any better. Which neighborhoods are the shady ones?

I wouldn't, but not because of worries of crime. I'm more worried about people getting hit by cars. It's hard to see!

My opinion is no, it is not safe to run anywhere at night. No neighborhood/area is immune to the potential dangers.

I agree. I'm wondering if pepper spray is enough or if most robberies in Wake Co. are by armed bandits..............

LOL. I just peed my pants on that one.

From my experience when I used to live there I think Cary is safer than any town in the Triangle, but I still would not advise any woman to walk by themselves at night anywhere.
