Is anyone experiencing very SLOW showings with homes in this price range? We have had 2 showings since Feb and was wondering if it is just the economy or if it is the price! We live in Apex in a great subdivision so I can't see why we don't have more showings than we do.

^^ I think there is a lot of inventory at that price point. Two showings in four months is troubling. I would sit down with your realtor and discuss your marketing strategy and/or pricing. You need something to change to help you generate traffic. Good luck.

Ask your realtor to go to CSS and pull the average showings per month for houses in this price range and location. It is relatively a new feature and great information for anyone wondering if it is their home that is the issue or the general economy.
