Need landscaping help in Apex (price, yard, trees)

We have a large area in our front yard with several large trees and some bushes that, sadly, were very neglected by previous owner. I need someone to recommend some plantings (bushes, flowers) and ground cover ideas then get it done for me for a reasonable price.
