Looking for a subdivision with 3/2 homes selling at 200k or less and walk to fishing (lake or pond) anywhere in triangle with great schools. Any ideas? thanks.

Irongate in Cary has homes for less than 200K and right by a neighborhood pond. We walk to the pond and take the kids fishing all the time! The pond is actually in Coronado Village, but the two neighborhoods sort of blend together and the homes in CV are priced a tad bit higher than Irongate. But I would look into both neighborhoods because there actually might very well be homes for under 200K in Coronado Village as well.

Default South Lakes in FV has several big lakes/ponds....

along with a walking trail being currently developed to the biggest lake. The pool is opening at the end of the month and several new families have moved in over the past few weeks. I believe that there will be a pool grand opening party at that point so I can keep you posted if you are interested. We love living in the community.

You can also look at the Village of Charleston in FV. They have a pond that you can wish in and a number of homes under $200k
